These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of fundfastr.com and its online tools (the “site”), operated under the FundFastr brand by FundFastr BPL, LLC (“FundFastr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Website Information Is Not an Offer or Commitment

Information on the site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a loan approval, offer, rate lock, commitment to lend, or promise to fund. A quote request or other submission does not require FundFastr or another provider to make, arrange, or fund a loan. Any financing is subject to separate written transaction documents, due diligence, underwriting, approval, availability of funds, and satisfaction of applicable conditions.

Business-Purpose Financing

FundFastr’s real-estate lending programs are business-purpose lending (BPL) for non-owner-occupied investment property. They are not intended for owner-occupied homes, second homes, or personal, family, or household use. Products are offered only where permitted by applicable law and subject to applicable requirements. A transaction’s legal and regulatory treatment depends on its facts and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms represents that a particular license, registration, or exemption applies.

Requests and Information You Provide

You agree to provide information that is accurate and not misleading when you submit a quote or contact request, and to update it if it changes. Do not submit sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank-account credentials, or payment-card numbers through general website forms. We may contact you using the details you provide to respond to your inquiry. Submission does not guarantee a response by a particular time or approval of financing.

Estimates, Calculators, and Examples

Any calculator, estimate, sample payment, rate, fee, leverage amount, timeline, or example on the site is illustrative only. Results may rely on assumptions and may not include every cost or qualification. Actual terms and amounts vary by borrower, property, program, transaction structure, provider, and applicable law. Do not rely on an estimate as a final quote or as financial, tax, or legal advice.

Programs, Terms, and Fees

Programs, eligibility, rates, fees, loan amounts, leverage, terms, and funding availability may change without notice and may not be offered in every location. Any fees or charges applicable to a transaction will be described in the applicable written disclosures and transaction documents. If those documents conflict with general site information, the signed transaction documents control for that transaction.

Those services may be provided by separate businesses under their own eligibility requirements, terms, privacy notices, and practices.
